The stunning star can be seen with a big grin on her face as she poses in pink underwear covering up her lady bits with none other than Mickey Mouse gloves paired with ears on her head.

Levine decided to pop the question after the couple of over a year had split up for some time this spring.

"The Voice" coach was said be dating another long-legged stunner, Nina Agdal, just last month when the two were spotted on a sexy beach vacation.
"The Nina thing was not that serious and was not going to last," a source explains to Us Weekly. "After Adam broke up with Behati, he couldn't stop thinking about her. He realized he really loved her and wanted to be with her."

Once he split from Agdal, he "got back with Behati right away," continued the insider.
"Adam Levine and his girlfriend Behati Prinsloo are excited to announce they are engaged to be married," Levine's rep said in a statement to People Magazine. "The couple recently reunited and Adam proposed this weekend in Los Angeles."
Aside from Prinsloo showing off her assets and a very big smile on social media, the couple also celebrated Tuesday night by getting cozy during a romantic meal at Peels restaurant in New York City.
The two were "washing down burgers with champagne and canoodling in the booth," an onlooker told Us.
The blissful couple even left a 100% tip on their $50 bill.
